Are you buyers out there actively looking at properties?  Sellers are slowly but surely beginning to understand what ‘market value’ really means.  In the last few weeks, while house-hunting with clients, I have noticed price-adjustments that are more in-sync with market conditions, and in some cases I came across properties that were reasonably priced, and considering interest rates are still so incredibly low, there’s never been a better time to buy.  For those of you looking to ‘time the market’ … good luck.  Let me know when we’ve hit the bottom!!  Until next time …
